How long does it take for items to be shipped?

All items are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for items to be completed. Once completed, you will receive an email with status update and tracking information. 

Please note, due to COVID-19 and the political impact on the United States Postal Services, you may experience some delays once your package has been received at the post office. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. For custom designs, you will receive a proof via email for your approval prior to the final product being completed. 

If there is damage to the product that is caused by us, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.  You will receive either a replacement item or a store credit for future use.
